TERMS OF SERVICE - Car detailing

1. Vehicle Condition

All services are priced for vehicles in average, well-maintained condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or neglect may require additional labor or an upgraded service. Any extra work will be discussed with the customer and billed at $25 per 15-minute increment.

2. PErsonal belongings

Customers must remove all personal items prior to service. Areas containing personal items—including compartments, consoles, trunks, or seat pockets—will not be serviced until cleared. This is for liability and safety reasons.

3. scope of service

Basic Detail services do not include deep cleaning, stain extraction, odor removal, or paint correction.
Interior-only, exterior-only, and full-service packages are detailed in their respective descriptions.
Some stains, odors, or damage may not be fully removable despite best efforts.

4. Pre-existing damage

Clean by Clover is not responsible for pre-existing wear, tears, defects, or stains. Any pre-existing damage will be documented and communicated before service begins.

5. hazardous or severe contamination

Vehicles with mold, mildew, bodily fluids, hazardous materials, or heavily neglected interiors may require specialized services or may be declined entirely for safety reasons.

6. Cancelation or no-show

Cancellations or reschedules within 3 days of the appointment may incur a fee of 30% of the service cost.
If the vehicle is not accessible at the scheduled time, a minimum service charge may apply.

7. Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. Any additional approved work will be added to the final invoice.

8. Media release

By using Clean by Clover services, the customer grants permission for Clean by Clover to photograph, film, or otherwise document the vehicle before, during, and after service for marketing, advertising, social media, or promotional purposes.

No personal identifying information (names, license plates, or other private details) will be shared.
Images or video may be edited, cropped, or modified at Clean by Clover’s discretion.
If a customer does not wish to have their vehicle used for marketing purposes, they must notify Clean by Clover prior to the start of service.

9. Liability and limitation of service

Services are performed at the discretion of Clean by Clover, and results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, materials, and prior maintenance.
Clean by Clover is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage resulting from the service.
